Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://mjproperties.co, the MJ Properties consultant portal, and related services operated by MJ Properties in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Effective date: June 4, 2026. By creating a consultant portal account, submitting forms on our website, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

About our services

MJ Properties provides real estate investment advisory focused on Sobha Realty developments in the UAE, public information about developments, a consultant training program, and tools for registered consultants and members to access materials and program updates.

We do not guarantee investment returns, property availability, or pricing. All investment decisions remain your responsibility after independent due diligence.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a portal account or submit applications.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We offer consultant and member account types with different access levels. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the portal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation with MJ Properties or Sobha Realty.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to access admin systems, other users' accounts, or data without authorization.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the website or portals beyond normal use.
• Use consultant materials or confidential program content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Applications and inquiries

Submitting a contact form, career application, or consultant registration does not create an employment contract, agency relationship, or investment advisory mandate unless expressly agreed in writing by MJ Properties.

Career applications must contain truthful information. Résumés and attachments you upload must be your own and must not violate any third party's rights.

We reserve the right to accept or decline applications and inquiries at our sole discretion.

Consultant portal content

Training materials, documents, announcements, and other portal content are provided for program participants only. You may not copy, distribute, or publish portal content without our prior written consent.

We may update, add, or remove materials and features at any time.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, logos, text, graphics, and software are owned by MJ Properties or our licensors. Sobha Realty project names, images, and partner materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the portal for personal, program-related use only.

Third-party services

Our site may link to third-party services such as Google sign-in, Cal.com scheduling, WhatsApp, and Sobha project resources. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for third-party practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MJ Properties and its directors, employees, and consultants shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for portal access in the twelve months before the claim, or AED 500 if no fees were paid.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MJ Properties from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the services, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
